What each allowance means
Every plan is measured the same way. Counts reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC) and do not roll over.

- Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Payment is handled by our payment partner; the FAQ below explains the name on your statement.
- Reaching a limit pauses that capability until the month resets, or until you upgrade. Nothing you created is removed.
- Cancel any time. Your documents, tracker and profile stay in your account on the Free plan.
- Prices in the App Store or Google Play may differ from web pricing because of store fees, currency and store-applied taxes.
Pricing questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. In the app, open Plans & pricing (Settings → Account & billing → View plans) and choose Cancel plan. There is no fee, and your paid features stay on until the end of the period you already paid for.
How does quarterly billing work?
You pay for three months at once and save 20% on the monthly rate: US$71.99 for Basic, US$107.99 for Pro. It renews every three months until you cancel.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your profile, documents and tracker stay in your account and you return to the Free limits. You can export your applications as CSV on any plan.
When do my allowances reset?
On the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Unused allowances do not roll over.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card. Paid plans are billed by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through a secure checkout.
Who sells the plan, and how do refunds work?
Our payment partner is the merchant of record. It sells the plans on the web, charges your card, adds any tax at checkout and handles refunds and chargebacks under its Buyer Terms. To ask for a refund, write to support@jobiko.org.
