This Legal Notice identifies the operator of the Jobiko web application, the Jobiko browser extension, and related websites and services (collectively, the “Service”), and provides the mandatory publisher, hosting, and contact information for the Service.

3. Hosting and Service Providers #

The Service, including its database, is hosted by a third-party cloud hosting provider in Canada. Our other service providers — AI service providers, email delivery providers, error monitoring and, with your consent, product analytics — may process data in Canada, the United States and other countries where they operate, under contractual safeguards.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service, its interface, content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of the operator identified in Section 1, or are used under license, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right or license is granted to reproduce or reuse any element of the Service except as expressly permitted by our Terms of Service or by applicable law.
