How an application on Glassdoor goes

  1. Capture the posting

    Open the Glassdoor posting and press Capture. The role lands in your tracker with a match score against your profile.

  2. Tailor the documents

    Jobiko writes a resume and a cover letter for that posting from what you have actually done, and shows you both.

  3. Review, then submit

Questions

Does Jobiko submit applications on Glassdoor by itself?
No. On Glassdoor, as everywhere, the review step is on by default: every answer and both documents are shown before anything is sent, and only you can turn that off.
Why is autofill not offered on Glassdoor?
Some application forms cannot be filled reliably or sit behind steps that need you. On Glassdoor Jobiko stops at capture and documents, and says so rather than filling half a form.
What does Jobiko send to AI providers for a Glassdoor application?
