Apply on Pinpoint with Jobiko

Filling the application form
Pinpoint forms are filled by AI field mapping: each field is matched to your profile by its label. Questions your profile cannot answer are handed back to you, never invented.

How an application on Pinpoint goes
Extract the posting
Open the Pinpoint posting, open the Jobiko side panel and press Extract. Jobiko reads the role and shows how well it matches your profile.
Tailor the documents
Jobiko writes a resume and a cover letter for that posting from what you have actually done, and shows you both.
Review, then submit
Autofill puts your answers into the Pinpoint form. By default nothing is sent until you have checked every field and pressed Pinpoint's own submit button, or approved it in the auto-apply queue. If you turn on Auto-approve on the Auto-apply screen, auto-apply submits for you instead, with a short window to undo each one.
Auto-apply uses the same autofill on these platforms. By default it waits for your approval before anything is submitted; you can turn on Auto-approve on the Auto-apply screen. How auto-apply works →
Questions
- Does Jobiko submit applications on Pinpoint by itself?
- Not unless you turn that on. By default, on Pinpoint as everywhere, every answer and both documents are shown to you before anything is sent. If you turn on Auto-approve on the Auto-apply screen, Jobiko submits for you, and you can switch it off at any time.
- What happens when the Pinpoint form asks something my profile does not have?
- The field is handed back to you, highlighted, with the rest of the form filled. Jobiko does not pick the closest-looking option to keep things moving.
- What does Jobiko send to AI providers for an application on Pinpoint?
- The posting text and the parts of your profile needed to tailor the documents and map unfamiliar form fields. The privacy policy lists the providers and what each receives.
- Is Pinpoint included on the free plan?
- Extracting postings and the tracker are. Autofill and auto-apply are part of the Basic and Pro plans (100 and 200 autofills a month).
