How an application on Pinpoint goes
Capture the posting
Open the Pinpoint posting and press Capture. The role lands in your tracker with a match score against your profile.
Tailor the documents
Jobiko writes a resume and a cover letter for that posting from what you have actually done, and shows you both.
Review, then submit
Autofill puts your answers into the Pinpoint form. Nothing is submitted until you have looked at every field and pressed the site's own submit button, or approved the queued application in auto-apply.
Questions
- Does Jobiko submit applications on Pinpoint by itself?
- No. On Pinpoint, as everywhere, the review step is on by default: every answer and both documents are shown before anything is sent, and only you can turn that off.
- What happens when the Pinpoint form asks something my profile does not have?
- The field is handed back to you, highlighted, with the rest of the form filled. Jobiko does not pick the closest-looking option to keep things moving.
- What does Jobiko send to AI providers for a Pinpoint application?
- The posting text and the parts of your profile needed to tailor the documents and map unfamiliar form fields. The privacy policy lists the providers and what each receives.
- Is Pinpoint included on the free plan?
- Capture and the tracker are. Autofill and auto-apply are part of the Basic and Pro plans (100 and 200 autofills a month).
