  1. Listing every repair you can do

    Brakes, suspension and oil changes are expected. Pick the work the shop struggles to staff, often diagnostics or EV, and prove it.

  2. Leaving out your ticket

    Shops want to know immediately whether you are licensed. Name your certification and province in the first two paragraphs.

  3. No numbers from the bay

    Flat-rate productivity and comeback rate are how service managers measure techs. If you know yours, use them.
