At Delta Crossing Fulfillment I pick and pack an average of 145 units per hour against a target of 120, with 99.7% accuracy. I have not missed a scheduled day since I started, and I have picked up voluntary overtime on 12 peak Saturdays. My supervisors trained me in three departments, picking, packing and returns, within four months so I can move wherever the floor needs help.

I also look for small fixes. One bin row had labels that were easy to misread, and mispicks in that aisle were running about 10 a week.
